摘要
对磨机筒体上的作用载荷进行了分析 ,用有限元对筒体进行了静态应力分析和模态分析 ,得出了正常工作状态和启动状态时筒体、螺栓孔和人孔的应力分布及磨机筒体的前六阶振型 。
The acting loads on mill cylinder body were analyzed. Static stresses and modals of the cylinder body were calculated by finite element method, stress distributions with of cylinder body, bolt hole, man hole, together with six modes of mill cylinder body were obtained for normal working case and start state. These results may be used to design and improve the mill cylinder body and similar structures.
