摘要
磷脂广泛存在于动、植物细胞中 ,除参与细胞的结构建成外 ,主要对多种生理过程起重要的调节作用 .
Phosphatides, including phosphatidyl choline(PC), phosphatidyl ethanolamines(PE) and phosphatitiyl inositols(PI),exists in all of the cell of animals and plants.It takes part in some of the important biological function.This paper, the biological property and health function of phosphatides were comprehensive expounded.
