摘要
:正常浸种后的水稻种子 ,在不同浓度CuSO4 处理下进行培养 .结果表明 :随着Cu2 + 浓度的增高 ,对种子的发芽率影响较小 ,但根的生长受到强烈抑制 ,芽的生长也受到影响 ,幼苗体内的淀粉酶活性下降 ,过氧化物酶活性却升高 。
The normally soaked rice seeds are cultivated in cupric sulphate of different concentration. The result indicates: with the increase of the concentration of Cu 2+ ,the effects on the gemination percentage of the seeds are unobvious, but the growth of the roots is intensely restrained and the bud is restrained too; the activity of amylase in the seedling decreases; the activity of peroxidase increases and the proline contents increase too.
