摘要
对谷氨酸产生菌 S9114摇瓶发酵 72 h后 ,用纸层析法和荧光法定量测定发酵液中
Corynebacterium Pekinense S9114,a Glutamine acid producer,is selected for this study.After 72 hours shaking cultivation,we have reported the quantitative detetrminations of L-Glutamine by paper chomatography and fluorometry.
