摘要
作者介绍了小香葱的真空冷冻干燥过程 ,着重对冻干香葱生产的工艺参数及工艺曲线进行了实验研究 。
This paper introduced vacuum freeze-dried process of scallion and performed some experimental researches on it's process parameters and process curves,and analyzed the feasibility of experiment results.
