摘要
本文研究了钯与1-(5-溴-2吡啶偶氮)-2萘酚-6-磺酸的显色反应,在pH为4的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,钯与1-(5-溴-2吡啶偶氮)-2萘酚-6-磺酸生成1:1的绿色络合物,其最大吸收波长为614nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.08×10~4L mol^(-1)cm^(-1),钯浓度在0~70μg/25ml符合比尔定律,络合物可稳定24h以上。建立了测定催化剂中钯含量的方法。
The colour reaction of palladium with 1-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol-6-sulphonic (5-Br-PAN-S) has been studied. In the medium of HAc-NaAc(pH4) buffer solution, palladium can form green complex with 5-Br-PAN-S. The maximum absorption of the complex occurs at 614nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.08×10~4. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~70ug Pd/25ml. The method has been used for the determination of Pd in catalysts.
