预先过度通气对百米跑成绩影响初探

摘要 在百米运动前预先过度通气,提高血液内的pH、PO_2,减轻运动过程中酸性代谢产物对神经肌肉的不良影响,提高机体的氧储,从而提高运动成绩,本文对30名具初级运动水平的青少年进行预先过度通气,然后作百米跑的实验;并对20名青少年作过度通气前后的血气分析。结果显示成绩有明显提高(P<0.01),血气有相应改变(P<0.01)。本文对结果进行讨论。 Before taking part in a 100-metre dash, an athlete will improve pH. PO_2 in his blood by ventilation in advance. It will lessen some unfavorable influence to nerves and muscle in running caused by acid mftabolism, and increase the oxygen storaghe in the body, As a result, it helps the athlete actieve better records. This paper descibes an experiment on thirty teenage sportsmen who are hyperventilated in advdnce before taking part in a 100-mdtre dash, and analyges the blood twenty teenagers before and after they are hyperventilated. The result shows that their running records are greatly improved (ρ<0, 01), and the blood air also makes a relevant change(ρ<0.01). The paper ends with a comprehensive dircussion.
