摘要
高校科研与学科建设是高校系统内的两个相互制约、相互促进、联系紧密的子系统。本文运用系统方法，作为一个整体，分析了两个子系统要素的联系，对二者组成的协同系统结构进行了研究，为该系统的构建做了理论阐述。
Research and subject construction are two mutually constrained, promoting and closely related sub-systems. Applying systems engineering method, this article made those two as a whole, analyzed the structure of universities' science research and subject construction system on basis of analysis of the two sub-systems' factors, thus presented theory basis for structuring of the synergy system.
