摘要
研究了用硝酸氧解褐煤,提高腐植酸含量,再通过碱抽提,磺甲基化及与丙烯腈接枝共聚等方法合成了具有杭高温、抗盐和降滤失作用的石油钻井液助剂.并对其抗盐、抗钙、抗高温、抑制水化及降滤失作用等性能的测试与现有产品对比,数据显示SHK-AN助剂具有优良的性能,适合于各种水基石油钻井液体系,而且价格低廉,具有广阔的市场.
This article is mainly about the synthesis technology of producing a filtrating loss reducing agent which is both anti-high temperature and anti-salt, by processing the brown coal with the methods of nitric acid oxidizing resolution, alkali extraction, methyl sulfonate graft copolym erization with acrylonitrile, as well as about its functions of anti-high temperature, anti-Ca, anti-salt and loss -filtrating reducing, etc.
