摘要
对新的传动形式──滚柱活齿传动进行了理论研究.首次建立了滚柱活齿中心运动轨迹方程和中心轮齿廓方程;采用MATLAN语言编程仿真出相应曲线;求出了中心轮齿廓曲线的曲率方程并生成曲率K与活齿架转角θ之间的关系曲线;采用数值方法实现了啮合齿廓的接触区可视化,直现地证明了滚柱活齿传动是线接触.
In this paper, roller oscillating tooth gear drive, a new way of transmission is studied. Equations of motion center of roller and tooth profile of ring gear are developed. Corre- sponding curves are created by MatLab language respectively. Equation of curvature of tooth profile of ring gear is presented. It is proven obviously that roller oscillating tooth gear drive is line-contacted by means of numerical value method and visualizing the contact section.
