摘要
在实验研究和高速摄影的基础上,对横向弯曲C型屑折断过程进行了理论研究,建 立了横向弯曲C型屑纵弯曲数学模型和折断判据,为横向弯曲C型屑的形成与折断过程的机理 研究及计算机仿真、虚拟现实提供了理论依据.
On the basis of cutting experiments and high-speed phto technique, the theoretical study on the chip-forming and breaking process of side-curl chip is carried out. The longitudinal bend mathematics model of side-curl C shape chip is t founded, which is the theoretical foundation for the mechanism study on the chip -forming and breaking process and its computer emulation.
