摘要
开发研制了一种胶接式气门座铰刀,分析了胶接层厚度、胶接面粗糙度及温度对胶接强度的影响,确定了最佳粘接参数,并用现有刀具与胶接气门座铰刀做了切削试验.结果表明,与焊接气门座铰刀相比,胶接气门座铰刀的切削力更小,刀具寿命更长,且被加工工件的表面粗糙度值更小.
The kind of bonded valve seat reamers are developed in this paper. The effects of bond layer thickness. bonded surface roughness and heat are studied, and best bonded parameters are determined. Cutting tests which indicate the cutting characteristics of bonded and brazed car- bide valve seat reamers are reported. The results illustrate that the cuting force is stronger, workpiece surface roughness is reduced, and the life is raised more when compared with brazed tools.
