摘要
针对SC125大型数控立车主轴定位分度系统问题,提出了用西门子CNC控制交流 伺服进给系统进行改造的方案,并进行了有关硬件和软件设计,完成了主轴分度定位控制的高 性能数控机床的改造,使该立车具有7种工作模式,实现车削与铣削为一体的两种控制方式.运 行证明:通过误差补偿达到了较高定位精度,并完成了电气驱动系统的改造.
This paper presents the rebuilt scheme for the large vertical Lathe SC125 made in Romanin spindle locating indexing system by means of the SIEMENS CNC control AC servo feed, system, and completes hardware and software design due to the system, which makes the vertical Lathe become a high performance CNC vertical Lathe with characteristics of 7 work modes, completing turnign and milling together two control modes, high positioning accuracy was realized by error compensation. Rebuilding of electrical drive system is realized.
