聚乙烯/丙纶复合防水卷材复合工艺

A Study on Processing Techniques of the Waterproof Polyethylene/Polypropylene Material

摘要 在聚丙烯熔点附近,针对聚乙烯膜与丙纶无纺布直接热合,且快速冷却制造复合防水卷材的方法进行了研究.同时,探讨了复合温度及压力对聚乙烯/丙纶复合防水卷材性能的影响.结果表明:当复合温度为 170℃左右,复合压力为 0.7~0.8MPa,牵引速度为2.33~2.35m/min时,复合效果最佳. Influence of the processing techniques on properties of waterproof PE/PP materials is studied in this paper. The research results show that the processing conditions have important influence on properties of PE/PP composite materials. When processing temperature is selected to Close the melting point of PP. melted polyethylene molecule is interpolated into network of PP nonweave textile. Excellent interfaceial adhesion between PE and PP is formed so that the peel strength of the waterproff PE/PP composite materials is improved.
