Preparation of Cubic Sb_2O_3 in Ethanediol

研究比较了 Sb Cl3在不同醇中氨解制备立方晶体 Sb2 O3,并用 XRD,SEM等手段进行了鉴定。结果表明 ,反应温度和醇中的水质量分数均影响晶形。乙二醇最佳 ,温度 90℃ ,水质量分数低于 2 5 %均能得到单一晶形 Sb2 O3,粒度为 1 μm.

A method to prepare the cubic Sb 2O 3 with SbCl 3 reacted with NH 3 in different alcohol systems was investigated. The Sb 2O 3 samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The results show that ethanediol system is the best one . When the water in the ethanediol was less than 25% in weight ,the cubic Sb 2O 3 samples were made at 90℃ and the size was 1 μm.
