圆锯片用金刚石受热强度损失试验分析 被引量:1

摘要 根据热压烧结理论 ,通过实验 ,系统分析研究了一定工艺条件下 ,金刚石受温度影响强度损失的情况 ,得出烧结温度对金刚石强度的影响大于焊接温度对金刚石强度的影响 。 According to the sintering theory, the loss of diamond strength after sintering and welding have been studied systematically. In the making process of circular saw,the diamond strength loss in the sintering is greater than that of in the welding. It provides relevant data for choosing diamond size and strength reasonably in diamond cutting tool making process and has a realistic meaning in giving full play to diamond cutting properties and reducing tool manufacturing cost.
