Testing and analyzing of dynamic characteristic of horizontal－ axis wind Turbine

对 FD12－ 15水平轴风力发电机在随机风载荷下的启动状态、额定状态、超额定状态及阵风状态等 4种工况的动态特性进行现场测试，测试结果为风力发电机的优化设计提供了可靠的实验依据 .

This article reported the test of the dynamic characteristic under the random wind load four kinds of working state : starting state, normal state, super－ normal state and flurry state. The result of the test provides a reliable basis for the optimization design of the wind turbine.
