摘要
提出了智能 PID调节器的一种设计方法,它仅需要被控对象的阶跃响应信息,利用专家系统实时调整 PID调节器参数,实现了有效控制 .整个系统用低成本的 MCS- 51单片机便可实现,在电阻加热炉的温控过程中,获得了良好的控制效果 .
The paper puts forward the design of an intelligent PID regulator, in which only the responsive information of its object is used to achieve the effective control with it expere system adjusting the parameter at right time. The whole system can be accomplished by using the low- cost MCS- 51 single- chip computer. While applied in the resistance furnace controlling the temperature, excellent controlling effect can be achieved.
