摘要
针对永磁同步电机交流伺服系统,提出了一种新型的滑模速度控制器的设计方案 .采用积分变结构控制方法,省去实现传统滑模速度控制所必需的加速度信号 .并通过负载扰动观测器的设计对负载扰动进行补偿,从而削弱了变结构控制系统的抖振,仿真结果表明该方案对系统参数变化和负载扰动具有很强的鲁棒性,系统无静差 .
This paper presents a new design solution for the AC servo system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. By adopting the control methods of integral variable structure, we save the accelerating signal needed in the traditional sliding mode speed control. We design an observer to monitor the load disturbance, and compensate the effects of the load disturbance.So that the chattering of the variable structure control system is weakened. The results of the simulation show that the design solution has stronger robustness to the change of system parameters and the disturbance of load. The system has no static errors.
