摘要
探讨以壳聚糖为原料制备甲壳素水溶性衍生物 羧甲基壳聚糖的方法。将壳聚糖在乙醇中浸泡数小时 ,然后用质量分数为 50 %NaOH溶液碱化 ,制得碱化壳聚糖 ,把氯乙酸加入碱化壳聚糖中 ,在 50℃搅拌 4h ,粗产品用乙醇溶液提纯 ,得到水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖 ,产率 97.1%
To search a method for preparing a water soluble derivative of chitosan carboxymethylchitosan, alkalified chitosan was obtined by soaking chitosan in ethanol for several hours and alkalizing by 50% NaOH . We added chloroethanoic acid into the alkalified chitosan and allowed the mixture reaction under stirring for 4 hours at 45~50℃. The crude product was purified by ethanol. The carboxymethylchitosan was obtained in a form of white thin pieces , yielded 97.1% . Water soluble carboxymethylchitosan can be easily prepared with high yield by this method.
