摘要
利用 Microsoft Visual Basic5.0为开发平台 ,提出并设计了一个基于 Windows技术的航道整治方案优化计算机辅助系统 .该系统可以迅速有效地提供航道整治的可行性研究和工程设计中需要的各种信息 .此外 ,可以实时动态地修正影响整治前后水面线的重要因素——计算断面之间的糙率和有效过水面积 .
In this paper,a channel improvement scheme optimized computer aided system (CISOCAS) based on windows technique is put forward and designed with microsoft visual basic 5.0 as the development flat.CISOCAS is able to effectively analyse pieces of information to meet feasibility study and works design in the course of channel improvement,and establishes a foundation for selecting works measures and deciding regulation schemes.Besides,CISOCAS can also correct the roughness between sections and effective cross sectional area which are important factors determining the hydraulic grade line before and after regulation.
