摘要
发展高等职业技术教育是培养大批高素质劳动者的途径之一。如何通过职业技术教育把我国适龄就业人口资源潜力转化为巨大的人才资源优势 。
The development of higher vocational technology education is an approach to foster high-quality laborers in large quantities.In this paper,some theoretical studies and practical explorations have been coducted with regard to this issue on how to convert the potential laboring resources of the right age in China into talent resources with tremendous advantage.
