齿轮在热处理后不可避免要发生变形，从而导致齿轮精度降低甚至报废，成为中硬齿面齿轮的加工中需解决的问题之一。文章对引起变形的原因进行了分析，有针对性地在齿轮设计、冷、热加工工艺上加以预防和修正，并运用于工厂生产实践，取得满意效果。

Gear wheels will inevitably become deformed after heat treatment, which results in the decrease of their precision or even makes them useless. This is one of the problems in the processing of medium-hard surface gears and gear wheels. The author makes an analysis of the cause of deformation and accordingly makes prevention and amendment of gear designing and its hot and co1d working. The technology has been put into production and turns out to be satisfactory. This article is to make a general introduction of it.
