摘要
TPM手控器属于杆系结构 ,设计原则为重量轻、强度精度高。机构的固有频率对操作性能的影响较大 ,用有限单元法建立机构的模型 ,分析了不同截面形状对机构固有频率的影响 ,为高精度手器设计提供了理论依据。
The TPM is truss system structure, the design principle is light weight and high dynamic accuracy. The natural frequency of the structure has subtle influence to the dynamic response characteristics, using the finite element method, the calculating model is presented, the natural frequency of different structures which have different cross section shape are calculated, it is useful to guide the TPM manipulator design.
