从美国、台湾高科技产业看中国的高新技术产业发展

Consider the development of chinese high tech industries from the high tech industries of America and Taiwan

在国际竞争日趋激烈的今天 ,各国都把发展高科技作为提高竞争力的手段 ,纷纷制定发展战略 ,采取各种措施 ,以加速高科技产业的发展。美国的高科技产业走在了世界前列。台湾地区发展高新技术产业成绩斐然 ,且与祖国大陆有很大的可比性。本文对美国、台湾的高科技产业发展经验进行了总结 ,并在借鉴它们成功经验的基础上 ,提出了我国 (不包括台湾省 )发展高新技术产业的战略设想。

With competition being aggravated among countries, every country look on development of high tech as the measure of heighten its competitive power.They have been taking every measure to promote development of high tech industries. America is on the front rank in high tech industries. Taiwan has made brilliant achievement in high tech and it is comparable with the mainland. The experience about developing high tech in America and Taiwan has been sum up in this thesis. And on the basis of their experience, strategy about developing our high tech has been put forward in this thesis.
