维生素B2 在 0 1mol/LB R缓冲溶液 (pH4.5 6 )中 ,用循环伏安法得到一对氧化还原峰。峰电位Epc=- 0 .34 0V ,Epa=- 0 .312V(vs.SCE)。实验表明 ,VB2 在玻碳电极上的电极过程为一受吸附和扩散同时控制的准可逆过程。测得还原峰的电子转移系数为 0 40 ,标准速率常数为ks=43.9s-1。用该法测定了片剂VB2
In 0.1 mol/L B R buffer solution at pH 4.56,both of reduction and oxidation peak of Vitamin B 2 (VB 2) was obtained by cyclic voltammetry.The reduction and oxidation peak potentials were at -0.340V and -0.312V( vs. SCE).The experimental results indicate that the electrode process of VB 2 on the glass carbon electrode is a quasi reversible process with absorption and diffusion.The number of electrode transfer coefficient of reduction peak was 0.40.The rate constant of the surface electrochemical reaction was determined as k s =43.9s -1 .This method has been used successfully to determine Vitamin B 2 in tablet.
