摘要
近几年来 ,农民负担越来越重。其原因主要有农村经济发展缓慢甚至负增长、部分乡村干部思想路线不端正和政策观念淡薄涉及农民负担法制不健全等。其对策是提高对减轻农民负担的认识、落实减轻农民负担的政策、加强基层民主建设。
Recently farmers' load has become heavier and heavier,the causes of which mainly are the slow growth of rural economy and even negative growth the wrong ideas of part of rural cadres,their indifference to policies and the imperfection of legal system concerning farmers,etc.
