摘要
在二辊粗轧过程中 ,不均匀变形产生的轧件头部弯曲下扣是导致折叠的主要原因。通过现场试验及人工神经网络分析得到了相关关系 ,为调整工艺参数、控制下扣。
In the rough rolling process of the two high mill the bending down of the head of the rolled stock caused by ununiform deformation is proved to be the primary origin to the folding defects. The correlativity is achieved through on-site testing and artificial neural net analysis, thus providing a quantitative basis for prevention against the folding defects.
