摘要
武钢于 90年代初从日本引进了一台煤气透平发电机 ,利用 5号高炉产生的煤气发电。由于高炉煤气中含有大量的烟尘及腐蚀性元素 ,对TRT的关键部件———叶片产生急剧的磨损和腐蚀作用 ,甚至会引起叶片断裂等严重后果。总结了 10年来使用、维修TRT的经验 ,分析了影响叶片使用寿命的主要原因 ,找出了延长叶片使用寿命的方法 。
A gas turbine generator was introduced in WISCO from Japan for the purpase of TRT at the No.5 Blast Furnace in 1990s. The critical component of the TRT the blade has been severely worn and eroded and even damage and breaking of the blade occurred due to heavy content of dust fume corrosive elements in the BF gas. To check and solve the problem the experiences of operation and maintenance on the TRT in the past ten years have been summarized and main factors affecting the service life of the blade analyzed and correct method to extend the life of the blade found out, and as the result the economical efficiencies of the TRT can be brought into full play.
