摘要 介绍了 30 t普通功率电弧炉热装 6 0 %铁水冶炼技术 ,分析了铁水热装比对冶炼时间和电耗及氧耗的影响、供氧强度与脱碳速度和冶炼时间的关系。当热装 5 5 .6 %和 6 0 %铁水时 ,平均电耗分别为 176和 15 0k W· h/ t。热装 6 0 %铁水时 ,冶炼时间最短。铁水热装比从 40 %增加到 6 5 %时 ,每增加 1%铁水约需多供氧气 0 .8m3/ t,相应降低电耗约 6 k W· h/ t。普通功率电弧炉采用此工艺 ,生产率大幅度提高 ,炼钢成本明显降低。 The steelmaking technology with charging 60 % hot metal into 30 t EAF of regular power is introduced.Effect of hot metal charging rate on EAF refining time and power consumption as well as oxygen consumption is described.The relations between oxygen input and decarburization rate as well as refining time are reported.The consumption of electric energy has been 176 kW·h/t and 150 kW·h/t respectively with charging 55 6 % and 60 % hot metal.When hot metal rate is increased to 65 % from 40 %,the oxygen consumption increases by 0 8 m 3/t and power consumption reduces by 6 kW·h/t per 1 % increased hot metal charging rate. The productivity can be increased greatly and the cost is reduced remarkably by charging appropriate hot metal into EAF with regular power.
