摘要
研究了改变淬火温度对高速钢力学性能变化规律的影响。试验结果表明 :W18Cr4V钢在 12 6 0~12 90℃ ,W6 Mo5 Cr4V 2钢在 12 10~ 12 5 0℃范围内淬火 ,经 5 6 0℃× 1h,三次回火后 ,随着淬火温度升高 ,钢的硬度、红硬性增高 ;所有韧性指标均呈下降趋势。着重讨论了细化晶粒对提高高速钢强韧性的重要作用 ,分析了淬火温度对晶粒尺寸的影响。
The mechanical property changes of high speed steel are studied with the varied quenching temperature It is found that steel hardness and red hardness are enhanced and toughness trends to decrease when the quenching temperature increases The results above are obtained when steels are quenched at different temper (W18Cr4V at 1260 ℃ 1290 ℃,W6Mo5Cr4V2 at 1210 1250 ℃) and then treated with three time temper at 560 ℃ for one hour The study shows that the grain refining improves the hardness and toughness of high speed steel The influence of quenching temperature on the grain size is also analyzed
