摘要
对一种特种缆钩的强度进行了分析 ,确定了缆钩的截面形状 ,建立了ANSYS有限元计算模型 ,并在其计算基础上 ,采用正交设计方法 ,得到缆钩四个主要设计参数 (B1、B2 、H、D)对缆钩强度的影响规律 ,最后回归了设计此种型号缆钩最大应力的计算公式。本文对同类型大负荷缆钩或起重吊钩的设计有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, the authors, intending to make the strength analysis of one special kind of hook, discuss about stress distribution of various normal hook cross-sections, establishan ANSYS Finite Element Analysis Model, determine the regular effect pattern of the four main design parameters (B 1,B 2,H,D) on the hook strength with orthogonal design method employed, find the significant factors and non-significant ones within a certain size range, and obtain a stress-calculation formula by means of regression analysis. The paper is of some reference value to the design of greatly loaded hooks of the same kind.
