摘要
通过对酸性土壤中Cu、Pb、Zn、Co、Ni、Fe、Mn、Cd、K、Na、Ca、Mg、Si、P、S、Mo、F、Se、As、Hg 2 0种元素有效态的浸提与测定 ,拟定了一个操作条件宽松、质量稳定 ,能满足区域调查需要的浸提体系和分析方案。该分析配套方案对 2 0种元素的检出限在 ( 0 .0 0 0 1~ 4.9)× 1 0 - 6,相对标准偏差RSD(n =1 5 ) <1 0 %
A extraction system for available forms of 20 elements including Cu, Pb, Zn, Co, Ni, Fe, Mn, Cd, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Si, P, S, Mo, F, Se, As and Hg in acid soils is developed. The extraction and analysis schemes with flexible operation conditions for these available forms of the elements are discussed in details. The system provides a detection limit range of (0.000?1~4.9)×10 -6 with precision of <10% RSD ( n =15) for these elements. And high quality analytical results that meet the requirements for regional geochemical investigation are also provided by this system.
