Evaluation and Analysis of the Sustainability of Yunnan Province

从可持续发展系统学研究方向 ,对区域可持续发展总体能力进行解析 ,设计评价指标体系对其进行表达 ;借鉴西方经济学中“比较优势理论”的基本思想 ,定义区域可持续发展比较优势能力及其计算方法。分别从数量角度 (总体能力 )和质量角度 (比较优势能力 )对云南省可持续发展水平进行研究 。

The overall capacity of regionally sustainable development is analyzed in the sustainably developmental system theory, and expressed by an evaluating index system. The concept of the comparative advantage capacity of regionally sustainable development and its calculating method are defined in terms of the Comparative Strength Theory in the West Economics. The sustainably developmental level of Yunnan Province is researched in quantity and quality. And the positions of the sustainably developmental state of this province in West China and the whole country are analyzed further.
