摘要
用生物膜填料塔处理油烟废气 ,填料为不锈钢拉西环 ,分 2层摆放 ,每层高度 5 0cm ,中间间隔 1 0cm。实验结果表明 ,用城市污水处理厂氧化沟污泥驯化培养的假单胞菌群对油有良好的降解性。用该菌液挂膜的生物膜填料塔对油烟废气有较好的净化效果 ,当入口气体油浓度低于 2mg/L时 ,一级净化效率可维持在 80 %以上 ,最大去除量为 1 0 0mg/(L·h) ;喷淋液起到润湿填料表面生物膜层和输送无机营养盐的作用 ;控制适宜的液体喷淋量和生物膜填料层高度有利于节省净化成本和提高净化效率。
The research focuses on purifying oil flue waste gas containing oil by a biofilm-packing column.Experiments show that the Pseudomonas sp. has a good capacity for degrading oil. The biofilm-packing column inoculated with the Pseudomonas sp.When the concentration of oil in influent gas is below 2.0 mg/L,the purification efficiency of gas oil can reach 80%.The maximum biological elimination capacity of per liter packing with biofilm in the biofilter for oil is 100 mg /(L·h).Spraying liquid may dissolve inorganic material and wet through the biofilm.The height of packing column is decided by the concentration of inlet waste gas.Liquid flow has influence on the purification efficiency of oil.
