山东省山区农业可持续发展研究

Study on sustainable development of agriculture in mountain areas of Shandong province

山东省山区自然条件复杂 ,农业生产潜力巨大 ,虽然近几年 ,山区建设工作取得了一定成绩 ,但片面追求经济效益、忽视生态效益的局面并没有得到彻底改变 ,这对山区今后的经济发展十分不利。主要存在问题是 :土地利用不合理 ,水土流失严重 ;农业建设缺乏统一的管理体制 ;农田基本建设缺乏周密设计。根据山区自然条件和实际情况 ,应调整农业生产结构 ,发展生态农业 ;封山造林 ,保育草被 ;整治农田基本设施 ,搞好水利工程配套建设 ;解决好山区燃料问题等 ,这样才能彻底改变山区日益恶化的生态环境和生产条件 ,使山区农业得到可持续发展。

This paper reafirms the importance of mountain area construction and its general developing trend in view of the diverse phenomena in the agriculture development of mountain areas in Shandong province. The paper puts forward feasible developing strategy according to natural geographical features and the current situation in mountain areas.The problems discussed are as following:unreasonable utility of lands,the serious soil erosion,poor management for basic agriculture construction,deficient planning for construction of farmlands.According to the natural condition and inefficient practice,we should change the texture of the original agricultural production,develop ecological agriculture,close hillside to plant trees,protect grasslands,change the basic agricultural facilities,do well in the conveyance system of irrigation works,and solve the problems of fuel in the mountainous areas.When the increasingly deteriorating ecological environment and conditions of production are changed mountainous agriculture can develop continually.
