Based on a practical project of ram?expanded piles used in a high?rise building with soft soil foundation ,some problems concerning design and construction of such kind of piles are analyzed and studied. A comparison with the foundation piles used in another eighteen?layer high?rise building with the same foundation,which is exploded because of it's large inclination,is given.
