Technology of Energy Conservation for No.2 Sinter Machine at Baosteel

宝钢 2号烧结机自 1 991年 6月投产以来 ,通过减少固体燃料消耗、改善点火质量减少了焦炉煤气用量、降低电耗并充分回收利用热废气余热 ,使烧结工序能耗逐步降低 。

Since the start up in June 1991,the process energy consumption of No.2 sinter machine at Baosteel has been keeping descending,by reducing consumption of solid fuel,decreasing gas demand by improving the quality of ignition,lowering consumption of electricity and fully recovering waste heat.
