摘要
防渗保温料是一种新型耐火材料 ,在铝电解槽内衬中取代传统的氧化铝和耐火砖层 ,起到防电解质渗透和保温作用。经试验研究 ,国产防渗保温料能够满足铝电解生产要求 ,防渗保温料下部温度降低 5 .73℃ ,电流效率提高 0 .45 %
Dry preserve heat material is a new kind of refractory, using it instead of traditional alumina and firebrick could not only prevent electrolyte seeping but also increase heat preservation, the temperature under this material cut down 5.73 centigrade compared with former materials and the current efficiency increased 0.45 percent as a result.
