HD-24型手持式液压凿岩机结构要素分析

摘要 提出了设计手持式液压凿岩机的目标函数。笔者通过对HD-24型手持式液压凿岩机的设计、制造和工业应用等实践过程,经过几年的探索,为使该目标函数最优化,设计实施了一些新颖的结构。HD-24结构新颖、理论参数较好、能量利用率较高,具有扭矩大、反弹振动小、钻速快、重量轻等特点。其制造方面也有一定创新。通过对HD-24的结构要素分析,为手持式液压凿岩机的结构优化提供了1种设计思想方法。 A target function for design of hydraulic hand drills is brought forward in this paper. After several year's research, through the whole practical process from design, manufacture to application at mines of HD-24 Hydraulic Hand Drill, the author has invented some patented mechanisms and has successfully used them in HD-24 drill in order to make the target function optimal. The HD-24 Hydraulic Hand Drill has a new and original construction, good performance, fitting torque, low rebound vibration to the operator, high drilling speed and light weight. Some new concepts have also been applied in making HD-24 drills. Through analysis of the key construction elements of HD-24 drill, the paper offers a new design way so that a hydraulic hand drill with optimal mechanisms can be manufactured.
