开采贵金属薄矿脉的新方法——劈岩机无爆破采矿新工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 劈岩机无爆破采矿新工艺在国内外均属首创。这种无爆破采矿新工艺采用液压劈岩机作为落矿工具,可最大限度地降低矿石采出的损失和贫化(1~3%以下),节省爆破器材,安全性好,且具有很高的经济效益。新的无爆破采矿工艺的诞生为开采黄金、钨、钼等贵金属薄矿脉和极薄矿脉开辟了一条途径。本文简要介绍液压劈岩机结构和工作原理,以及劈岩机无爆破采矿新工艺的内容和试验研究过程。 A new explosiveless mining technology by rock splitter is a first one developed in the world. The hydraulic rock splitter is used for excavating ores with a new mining technology. The new mining method can reduce losses and dilution of excavated ores to extreme extent (<1~3%), while saving explosive materials. It has good safety and dependability, showing high economic results. This new explosiveless mining technology has opened up a new and original route for mining precious minerals of gold, tungsten and so on from thin and extremely thin ore veins. This paper describes the structure and working principle of a hydraulic rock splitter, and the research and test of this new explosiveless mining technology by splitter.
