摘要
我国大中型磁铁矿山中,矿石贫化现象较为普遍,在粗碎后采用大型磁滚筒预选,剔除-350mm大块脉石,使占原矿量10~20%的合格尾矿免除进一步破碎、磨矿及选矿工序,节能节电,经济效益显著。设计大型永磁磁滚筒应考虑与分选大块矿石相适应的磁场特性曲线的分布特点、磁场深度、磁场力等主要因素。CT—1416永磁磁滚筒采用高磁能积的稀土磁钢与铁氧体材料组成复合磁系,为目前工业生产中使用的规格最大、磁场力最强的干式永磁磁滚筒,具有国际先进水平,对混入围岩较多的磁铁矿选矿厂具有广阔的应用前景。
Due to the tendency of the dilution of China's mineral resources, for raising and stabilizing the grade of ore feed to concentrators it is necessary to use a strong magnetic cylinder to discard large quantities of waste rocks before autogenous grinding.
When designing large-scale permanent magnetic cylinders it is important to match magnetic field distribution, magnetic force etc. for separating ore with large feed size.
The magnetic field intensity on the surface of CT-1416 permanent magnetic cylinder reaches 328 kA/m and the magnetic property is quite steady. It has many advantages such as excellent mechanical feature, simple structure, easy operation and less maintenance. Nowadays, this magnetic cylinder is the biggest one and has highest magnetic field in ore processing plants in China. It has made break-through at the design of magnetic systems and magnetic field characteristics. It is an effectual primary magnetic separation equipment having reached the world level, hence this machine has a wide foreground of development in iron mineral processing plants both at home and abroad.
