金川镍转炉渣回收钴新工艺——从水淬富钴冰铜制取氧化钴粉工业试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用转炉渣电炉贫化—钴冰铜转炉吹炼—水淬富钴冰铜加压浸出—P204萃取除杂质、P507萃取分离钴、镍制取纯氧化钻粉的新工艺,技术先进、金属回收率高、经济效益显著,国内外均属首次应用。本文叙述了转炉渣回收钴的工艺流程选择,并着重叙述了从水淬富钴冰铜制取氧化钴粉的工业试验结果。 A new technological process for recovering cobalt from converter slag consists of cleaning of the slag in an electrical furnace, pressure leaching of granulated cobalt-rich matte, impurities removal by solvent extraction with P204, separation of cobalt from nickel by solvent extraction with P507 and production of cobalt oxide powder. This process, which has not been seen in China and abroad, has some advantages such as the employment of advanced techniques, high cobalt recovery, etc. Comparison of this process with other alternatives is described and data of a commercial scale trial for the production of cobalt oxide powder from cobalt-rich matte are given in this paper.
