摘要
用Nd_(15)Fe_(77)B_8合金铸锭,对HDD工艺进行了初步探讨。结果表明HDD工艺的最佳保温温度为800~850℃,保温时间3h,脱氢时间0.5h。用钴置换部分铁后,制成粘结磁体的内禀矫顽力iH_c≥1000kA·m^(-1),最大磁能积达34kJ·m^(-3)。磁粉未加任何保护长期放置,磁性能稳定。
This work has shown that holding Nd15Fe77B8-type materials in a hydrogen atmosphere within the range of 800~850℃ for 3 h before removing the hydrogen for 0.5 h may produce magnet powders which are suitable for the production of polymer-bonded magnets. After a part of Fe substituted by Co, the polymer-bonded magnet exhibited energy product in the range of 34 kJ·m-3.
