摘要
研究了金属粉末注射成形新型PEG基热塑性粘结剂的注射料性能。结果表明 :新型PEG基粘结剂与Fe - 2Ni粉具有较强的相互作用 ,混合均匀性好 ,且粉末装载量高 ,注射料注射成形性好。用新型PEG基粘结剂和Fe- 2Ni粉所制备的注射料是一种假塑性流体 ,具有良好的流变性能 ,粘结剂各组元用量及粉末装载量使注射料的粘度、非牛顿指数、粘流活化能发生变化 。
The properties of MIM feedstock with novel PEG-based binder are studied. The results show that the binder has a strong adhesive to Fe-2Ni powder and a high solid loading, and the binder and the powder can be mixed easily to obtain a homogeneous feedstock. The feedstock shows good molding behavior, possesses pseudo plasticity and exhibits good rheological properties. The components of the binder and the solid loading have an effect on the rheological properties of the feedstock.
