摘要
通过热重量分析、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究了MoSi2 -Mo5Si3 复合材料的低温氧化行为 ,指出材料低温氧化时 ,随Mo5Si3 量增多 ,材料氧化加剧 ,当Mo5Si3 含量 (质量分数 )超过 16 %时发生“PEST”现象 ,由于MoO3 晶须的大量存在 ,所形成的SiO2 不能均匀连续地分布于材料表面 。
The oxidation behavior of MoSi2-Mo5Si3 composites at low temperature was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction and SEM. The results show that the oxidation is accelerated with the increase of Mo5Si3. 'PEST' phenomena was caused in course of low temperature oxidation when the content of Mo5Si3 exceeded 16 wt%. Oxidation could be accelerated because the formation of SiO3 film could not be distributed evenly on the surface of composites due to enormous MoO3 whisker.
