摘要
对传统的石蜡—聚乙烯粘结剂进行改性 ,开发出了用于Fe - 2Ni粉末注射成形的石蜡—油—聚乙烯粘结剂 ,考察了油的加入对组份相容性、生坯强度、粉末装载量、注射料热容、溶剂脱脂速率的影响 ,并用偏光显微镜观察到了粘结剂中各相的分布。该粘结剂用于Fe - 2Ni注射成形 ,粉末装载量达 6 0 % (体积分数 ) ,生坯强度 5 .5MPa,溶剂脱脂速率
A new wax-oil-PE binder was developed for Fe-2Ni injection molding. The influence of oil addition on some properties of the binder was investigated, including compatibility of ingredients, green strength, powder loading, heat capacity of the feedstock, and solvent debinding rate. Polarization microscope was adopted to investigate distribution of PE phase in the binder. With the new binder, power loading could reach 60% (volume fraction), green strength could be 5.5 MPa, and solvent debinding rate could be over 2 mm/h.
