柔性装配是现代创造中生产自动化的重要标志 ,气动技术作为“生产过程自动化和合理化”的概念之一 ,在装配中能有效取代人手操作 ,实现自动化流水线作业 ,但实现模块化、柔性化的气动自动化机构及其控制是应用的核心所在 。

Flexible auto assembly is an important symbol of automatic production in modern manufacturing. Pneumatics, as one concept of processing automatically and reasonably, has been widely used to replace human's work in assembly systems, but it is the key to construct automatic and flexible assembly mechanism system. Many methods to realize auto assembly mechanism with modern pneumatics are introduced in this essay.
