摘要
对先秦儒家举贤用能思想的历史作用和局限性进行分析 ,指出举贤用能思想对现代管理活动的重要意义在于 :识人择才必须注重德才、学识、能力的考察 ,把握标准 。
In this paper, the authors analyze the historical role and limitations of the Confucian thought of recommending able and virtuous persons and appointing able persons in pre-Qin times and points out that the importance of the thought to modern administrative work: stress must be laid on investigating a person's virtue, learning and ability, mastering the standard and appointing the found persons when looking for and selecting able and virtuous persons.
