摘要
针对船用三级电焊锚链链环开裂问题,结合材质、金相和断口分析及劈裂试验,得出造成链环开裂的原因主要为原材料中的硫化锰夹杂量过高,并据此提出了改进意见。
This paper aims at the rift problems of marine triple welding anchor chain link. By material analysis, metallographic analysis, fracture analysis and cleavage test, the authors find that the cause of chain rift is excessive MnS content in the raw material. Suggestions on improving the situation are put forward.
